Being a strength coach myself, I was skeptical at first since I had never heard of the application of gait into powerlifting movements. However, I couldn’t argue with the results. Having worked with my own coach, while manipulating load, programming and stances, my squat numbers had still stalled for over a year. I had specifically struggled with depth and force production out of the hole. Over the past 4 months with Lok See’s help, I was able to address these issues and my squats had never felt better. I recently set a squat personal best in competition by 22kg (187kg).

The ideal service to fast-track your progress. Over each session, we aim to cover as much as possible to make sure you are well-equipped to tackle the rest of your week's training.

  • Monthly rolling plans ranging from 1-4+ sessions per month. This provides flexibility for you and is designed to match your needs as they evolve during the coaching process.

  • Longer bundled packages (12+ sessions) are available for those who are ready to commit long term at a discounted rate.

Do an Online Training Call to troubleshoot quickly movement or lifting inefficiencies.

Online Training Calls are comprehensive 60 minute sessions used to dive deep into any movement or lifting inefficiencies that you may be facing. 

During the hour, we can do a movement assessment and provide relevant exercise drills and weighted accessory suggestions to provide a key action of plan going forward. We can also conduct video analysis of your lifts to highlight areas of improvement. These calls are ideal for those who are unable to access in-person coaching and need an in-depth assessment over their movement and training.

Packages:

  • Online Training calls can be purchased either one-off or in a bundle.

What is Included:

  • Written report to highlight suggested interventions:

  • Prescribed biomechanics movement drills

We've only worked together for 6 months, but in that time he's transformed me into a more efficient, stronger lifter.

I first met Lok See back in 2019 when we were simply two avid gym lifters. When he told me he was going into coaching, I knew it was the perfect decision for him. He's one of the smartest people I know and combined with his hard work and love for powerlifting, I knew he would be a great coach.

Before I hated how my squats used to look and I would frequently get hip pain. He has now transformed it into a pain-free lift that I am proud of. My deadlift has also benefitted greatly by teaching me the correct way to hinge and how to use my quads efficiently. But what use is good form if you are not getting stronger? Lok See has managed to transform me from a national athlete to someone who competes on the international stage. Attending IPF Worlds has been a dream of mine and I couldn't have done it without the mentorship of Lok See.

Online Coaching for more experienced, independent lifters.

Online Coaching provides the full coaching experience but for those who are unable to access in-person coaching, or for experienced lifters who need less hands-on work.

At the start of the coaching process, I will have a discovery call with you to understand more about your training goals and areas of development. Afterwards, we will work together to build your training program which will be written weekly.

 

Over the course of each training month, to ensure we are on the right track, we will have drop-in video calls to discuss about your training.

Packages:

  • Monthly rolling basis

  • Foundation Package (1x call per month)

  • Advanced Package (2x calls per month)

What is Included:

  • Initial hour discovery call to assess training goals and areas of development

  • Follow up training calls (45 mins per call)

  • Individualised online programming (weekly reactive updates)

  • Biomechanics movement drills and exercise selection

  • Dynamic feedback for training footage and queries via messages

Under Lok See's mentoring, my horizon has broadened in powerlifting: from providing large-scale fixes to my lifts to focusing on the smallest of details to make me the best athlete possible.

His focus on integrating a lens on biomechanics to his coaching helped me remove any discomfort that I have from training with carefully thought-out movement drills and accessories. Through moving better without compensations, this translated into better technique in my squat, bench and deadlift.
